What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. For offline payments, we accept cash and cheques at our training center.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, our course fees are all-inclusive covering tuition, study materials, and certification. The only additional costs would be for optional services like hardcopy study material (if you choose that over digital) or re-examination fees if applicable.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the course start date if you’re not satisfied with the training. After attending more than 20% of the course sessions, refunds are not available but we’ll work with you to address any concerns.
Do you offer scholarships or financial aid?
